If you are collecting the payment:
To ensure a smooth guest experience, please confirm all bookings within 24-48 hours. If your channel manager or property management system (PMS) doesn't automatically send confirmation emails, please send a detailed one directly to the guest. Ideally, this should be in their preferred language, but English is always acceptable.
Your confirmation email should clearly outline the following:
- The total booking amount in the chosen currency
- Payment instructions
- Check-in and check-out dates and times
- Property address
- Contact details
To streamline your process and maintain consistency, consider automating your confirmation emails through your channel manager. Additionally, we recommend incorporating the Holidu branding into your confirmation email. This will ensure recipients recognize it as relevant to their Holidu booking.
If you have Holidu Payments:
If you use Holidu Payments, Holidu will send a booking confirmation directly to the guest. However, to ensure a smooth check-in, please provide guests with the check-in details, including the property's address, key collection instructions, and any other relevant information.
