To initiate the KYC process, please navigate to the Holidu Payments section in the Partner Portal. There, you will see a blue button labeled “GO TO KYC VERIFICATION.” Click on the button, and a new window will appear:
Next, click on “Complete details” under the “1. Business details” section, as shown in the screenshot above. To begin the KYC process, please have your registration number and tax ID readily available.
On the first page, please enter the following information:
- Legal business name
- Registration number
- Tax number
- Business phone number
- Business email address
Once you've filled in these details, click "Next." On the following page, you’ll be asked to provide your business address information. Please fill in the information and click on “Next” to save it.
If the automatic verification for a business fails, Adyen may ask you to provide a copy of your registration document. If you are a sole trader and do not have a registration number, please contact us.
The company registration document must be:
- Issued by a reliable, independent source such as the national commercial register of the country where the business is registered in.
- Issued within the last one year, or contains a signature and a state of affairs with the date not older than one year.
The document must meet the following file format and size requirements:
- Formats: JPEG, JPG, PNG, or PDF (maximum 2 pages)
- Size:
- PDFs for legal arrangement documents: minimum 1 KB, maximum 25 MB
- Other PDFs and other formats: minimum 1 KB, maximum 4 MB
