Click on “Enter details” under the “2. Decision-makers” section, as shown in the screenshot below.
First, choose the type of document that you want to upload. A photo ID is usually either a passport issued by the account holder's country, an ID, or a driver's licence.
The photo ID must:
- Be valid and not expired
- Be in colour and have no background (cropped)
- Have separate files for front and back of the ID card or driver’s license (see example above)
In the image below, you can see an example of how your document photo should appear. To ensure successful verification, please upload a clear photo of the original document, as photocopies may not be accepted.
Please make sure that the name on the photo ID matches the name registered during the KYC. If the names are different - for instance, if you registered with your married name but your passport lists your maiden name - the photo ID verification will not be successful.
