What is the Bookability Score

The Bookability score shows how findable your apartment is when guest search for it with specific dates.

It consists of 2 parts

• the availability: How many total days can be booked for this apartment
• the flexibility: On how many days guest can check-in and check-out, measure in % of available days

Why is the Bookability Score important?

The more available days your property has and the more flexible it is when it comes to check-in and check-out days, the higher the chance a guest finds dates that suits them, which can then help you increase the overall bookings and revenue at Holidu.

What can I do to improve the Bookability Score?

Make sure to always push all available days of your property to Holidu as early as possible.
